The commercial layer, four ways.
Nausicaa runs the commercial layer of a project alongside your supervision — estimating, tendering, contract administration and the claims that follow. Four service lines, engaged individually or together.
Contract Administration & Superintendent’s Rep
Claims certified, variations tested, alternate pricing options, and acquittal reporting for grants that survives scrutiny.
See the service → Service 2Fractional Commercial Management
Senior commercial oversight on a retainer: pricing, margin, forecasting and quote-to-cash.
See the service → Service 3Tendering & Estimating
Bids priced on real regional cost — mobilisation, seasonality, haulage, availability from those positioned to deliver your project.
See the service → Service 4Regional Mobilisation & Local Supply Chain
Head-contract scope unbundled into packages local businesses can actually deliver. Including advice on WAIPS, APP and IPP targets.
See the service →Where each one sits. The four lines follow a project along the same chain — estimate, tender, mobilise, deliver, claim and vary, bill and close. Tendering & Estimating prices the work and gets the bid in. Regional Mobilisation & Local Supply Chain turns an awarded scope into packages the region can actually deliver. Contract Administration & Superintendent's Rep runs the claims, variations and certification from there to close. Fractional Commercial Management sits across all of it on a retainer, for a business that needs the function before it can carry the salary.
We work either side of the same contract — for the principal verifying what is claimed, or for the contractor making sure the claim is done once and done right. Never both on the same project. Conflicts are declared and managed in writing before work starts.
How an engagement is structured.
Fee-for-service or fee-at-award up front, then carried as a project cost through mobilisation, delivery and contract close.
